It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Wayne Stephens (Cleveland, Texas), who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Mary Carter Stephens; his wife Toni Stephens; his children, Clayton Straps, Ted Wayne Stephens Jr., Amy Walters (Luke), April Coker (Timothy Coker Jr.) and Jennifer Bostick; his siblings, Linda Rekart (Ron), Peggy Crump (Jerry), Sherry Trammell (Steve), Mike Stephens (Mickie) and Dennis Stephens (Michelle); his grandchildren, Gracie Reed, Aubrey Hill, Raegan Mills, Luke Walters Jr., Summer Walters, Kadence Coker, Tru Coker and Timothy Coker III; and his close friend Al Cade (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Morgan Cemetery (1 Morgan Cemetery Rd, Cleveland, TX 77328).
