He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry W. Evans and Carolyn Vickers Evans; his brother Gary Evans; and his sister-in-law Robin Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Evans; his son Jason Evans (Kristin); his parents-in-law, Don and Mary Vann; his grandsons, Wyatt Evans and Collin Evans; his brothers, Randy Evans (Marion), Jerry Evans (Shirley) and Jim Evans (Arcely); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Vann (Dwana), Linda Evans and Karen Alston (Russell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
