She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mary Ann Hickman; her brother Rusty Hickman; her close friends, David Smith and Rodney Peña; her cousin Donna Eilers Russell; and her father William Bates Hickman Jr.. She was also cherished by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family members, and treasured friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (200 S Washington Ave, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Pace - Stancil Memorial (12901 FM 2025, Cleveland, TX 77328).
Sherri's compassionate spirit led her to grow her hair out for donation to organizations providing wigs for children battling cancer, a reflection of her caring nature.
