With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sercy Yawn of Cleveland, Texas, born in Conroe, Texas, who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Yawn and Duma Yawn; his wife Mary H. Yawn; his grandson Christopher Lee; and his siblings, Geraldine Hickman, Mary Young, Pat Mitchell, Billy Wayne Yawn, Louise Botkins, Annette Weaver and Johnnie Yawn.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Renee Nixdorf (Charles) and Charles David Yawn (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jennifer Reed, Jeremy Paul Nixdorf, Michael Villanueva, Juan Pena and Ashel Jamison Yawn; his great grandchildren, Dylan Lee, Summer Rain, Hayley Rosa, Lilly Rose, Rosa Lee, Delany Reed and Amaya Reed; and his siblings, Charles Wade Yawn and Beverly Knowlton.
