With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Mae Nelson of Cleveland, Texas, who passed away on April 20, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Wesley and Montie Hill (Hudson); her children, Jim Nelson and Sophie Snelson; her brother Joe Hill; and her granddaughter Tammy Nelson.

She is survived by: her son John David Nelson; and her children-in-law, John Wayne Snelson, Jeannette Nelson and Norma Nelson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
