He is survived by: his wife Carla Faith-Kost; his stepson Damon Wells (Andrea); his daughter Michelle Tatum (Chris); his grandsons, Jacob and Caleb; his mother-in-law Barbara Faith; his siblings-in-law, Paul Faith, Clay Faith and Rhonda Kost; his nephews, Brian and Jason; and his children, Bella and Frankie. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
