He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Manners and Patricia Manners; his brothers, Glen Manners and John "Bo" Manners; and his grandson Stephen Manners.
He is survived by: his wife Terrie Manners; his sons, Randy Manners (Amber), Jason Manners (Grace) and Samuel Manners (April); his grandchildren, Austin, Drew, Jordan, Pheobe, Valarie, Chelsey, Masyn, Cheyanne, Camryn and Cayslee; his great grandchildren, Billie and Wrenlee; and his sister Deborah Davis (Alvin). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cleveland - Pace-Stancil Funeral Home (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at the Ryan Cemetery.
