He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay T. Wiggins and Martha Fuqua Wiggins; his wife Charlotte Ann Wiggins; his brother John Wiggins; and his sister-in-law Gwynette Wiggins.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Wiggins (Carlee) and Aaron Wiggins (Haley); his brother Ralph Wiggins; his grandchildren, Adalyn Wiggins, Kaysen Wiggins, Remington Wiggins and Hollyn Wiggins; and his pet Sassy.
