He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cain; his children, Lewis Johnson (Momi), Stephen Johnson (Ashley), James Cain and Faith Robinson; his grandchildren, Alexi Johnson, Joshua Kanui-Rowe, Seaera Johnson, Natalia Johnson, Jaleb Besaw, Jordis Besaw, Zirie Cain and Atreo Cain; and his great grandchildren, Makaio and Kaili Kanui-Rowe.
