He was predeceased by: his father Quirino Sanchéz Marrero. He is survived by: his mother Georgina Machín Rodriguez; his siblings, Raúl Sanchez Machin, Juan Carlos Diáz, Esther Lilia Sanchéz and Mayra Gil Machín; and his nieces, Ivett Gonzalez (Hilda Brinas) and Yelenys Sanchéz.
