Spangler (Kathy); her grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Josh, Jessica, Alexandra, Mallory, Mackenzie and Heather; and her nieces and nephews, Rob Spangler, Kathy Parks and Marisa Hunt. She was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
