She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Phillips and Perry Phillips; her husband Raymond Riley Franklin; her sons, Billy Darrell Franklin and Marlin Ray Franklin; and her grandson Marlin Ray Franklin, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Franklin, Wanda Chapman (Mike), Travis Franklin (Peggy), Ricky Franklin (Karen) and Ronnie Franklin (Gena).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cleveland - Pace-Stancil Funeral Home (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Farley Chapel Cemetery.
