He was predeceased by: his father Miguel Perez Ortiz Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Abigael Mendez Florez; his wife Tanya Ortiz; his sons, Damian Ortis, Brandon West (Kaitlin) and Aaron West; his siblings, Micaela Piper (Mickel), Audelia Ortiz and Raul (Claudia); his nieces and nephews, Sheila Piper (Trent), Desiree Waters, Mayra Ortiz, Michael Piper, Marcus Piper (Aundrea), Jonathan Kramer and Luis Helguera; and his great-nephews, Ethan Marsteller and Maverick Wertz. He is also survived by other family members and countless friends.
