He is survived by: his wife Mary Murray of Cleveland; his stepsons, James Jason Moore of Livingston and Christopher Aaron Moore of Knoxville; his brothers-in-law, Ray Baxley Jr. of Cleveland and Curtis Baxley of Wharton; his niece Wendy Herrera (Jason); and his great-nieces, Chelsea Pierce and Ashley Pierce. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
