She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Smith; her grandparents, Jack and Ethel Smith; and her aunt Patsy Berkley. She is survived by: her mother Yoshiko Matsumoto Smith; her husband Jay Groce; her children, Joey Poland, Shaina Hart, Joshua Zomant and Zachary Zomant; her sister Tracy Galloway; and her grandchildren, Kiersten Pruitt, Oliver Hart and Braxton Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
