He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Gilbert; and his children, Cathy L Gilbert Mayes (Billy), Randy Eugene Gilbert (Lorraine), Dennis Jay Gilbert (Danna), Diana Gilbert Bailes (Scotty), Angie Gilbert Pemberton (Stacey) and Lisa Singleton Moore (Steven). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
