She was predeceased by: her husband William Russell Hibbard; her parents, Elvia Ray Hibbard, Sr. and Helen Hibbard; and her siblings, Avalon Lowe, Jeannie Mae Branch and Robert Hibbard (Elvia Ray Hibbard, Jr.).

She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene (Chris), Debra, Diann (Randy) and Donna (Mark); her siblings, Hoyt, Edward and Audrey; her grandchildren, Christine (Michael), Ervin, Shane (Glenda), Marshall Jr., Cristal (Jeremiah), Jessie, Katrina, Ariel (Dale), Walker and Promise (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Shaila, Wade, Brittnay, Lily, Jaiden, Kaison, Cloé, Caleb, Calli, Kamryn and Ashton. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
