She is survived by: her children, John Michael Amyx, Jr., Kim Amyx McMillan (Trey) and David Amyx; her grandchildren, Tabitha Johnson (Cooper), Jonathan Emmons (Holly) and Victoria Paschal (Aiden); her great grandchildren, Levi Johnson (Maegan), Ty Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Haydin Johnson, Abigail Emmons, Kassidy Emmons, Brayden Kennedy, Aurora Paschal and Hailey Paschal; and her siblings, Fred Gillis, Jr. and Melody Johnson.
