It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Ann Frase of Cleveland, Texas, born in Cresco, Iowa, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Anton Lickteig and Maria Anna Lickteig (Harig); her husband Rupert Frase; her son Rupert Alan Frase; her siblings, Joseph Roland Lickteig, Adelaide Carter, Fidelia Owens, Marie DeNoyell, Ruth Ann Higey, Constance Kubick and Roselia Berkes; and her granddaughter Lori Ann Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roxanne Greenway (Donald) and Melissa Kuykendall (Jim); her grandchildren, Charles Phillips and Jacquelyn Vega (Roland); and her great grandchild Lily Anne Greenway.
