She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry D. Williams and Ruth Ozan Williams; her parents-in-law, Geddie Carlos and Elva Carlos; and her siblings, Louie, Fred Williams and Wanda Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Carlos; her son Richard E. Carlos (Lisa); her siblings, Marty Holloway (Tracy), Rita Long (Johnny) and Debbie Gibbs (Gary); her grandchildren, Brittany Almand, Reese Carlos and Mary Kate Carlos; and her great grandchildren, Braydon Reaves and Bryson Almand. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
