She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Cook and Laura Edna Cook; her husband Dennis Malnar; her son Robert Malnar; and her grandsons, James Dennis Malnar and Jeffery Neil Malnar.
She is survived by: her son James Malnar (Gail); and her daughter-in-law Ann Malnar.
