He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hopkins and Eula Gilley Hopkins; and his siblings, Theresa Canaday, Bill Hopkins, J. C. Hopkins and Leslie Wayne Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Hopkins; his children, Kenneth Plummer (Fran), Cathy Thorsen, Wanda Bland (Scott) and Troy Hopkins Kilby; his sisters, Elsie Hopkins and Marsha Flores; and his grandchildren, Ken Allen Plummer, Damon Grace, Meagan John, Teran Grace, Daniel Thorsen, Leanna Darais (Matt) and Riley Harrell. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
