He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Leon Abbott and Beverly Ann Hughes Abbott; his wife Mary Charleen Abbott of Cleveland; his siblings, Howard Wayne Abbott of Cleveland, Ronald Abbott of Houston, Timothy Abbott (Pam) of Grangerland and Belinda Abbott Pipes (Jimmy) of Martinsville, Texas.; and his children, Tallion Leon Abbott of Harlingen, Cheyney Ray Abbott (Julie) of Bryan, Carime Lynn Abbott (Lonnie) of New Caney, Sarah Michelle Abbott (Joseph) of Slaton, John Paul Abbott (Diann) of Cleveland and Katie Ann Abbott (Tony Espinoza) of Cleveland.
