He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Drewery Manners and Patricia Ann Gibson; and his brother Glenn Douglas Manners. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Manners; his children, James Manners, Paul Manners (Wendy) and Shannon Tarver (Ray); his siblings, Robert Manners (Terrie) and Deb Davis (Alvin); his grandchildren, Trey, Caitlyn, Taylor, Christopher, Candice, Cloe, Henry and Lincoln; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Colin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to assist with the cost of Bo's funeral expenses.
