He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Everitt and Myrtle Godejohn Everitt; his siblings, Joel Everitt, Jim Everitt and Deborah Sharp; and his grandson Dallas Millhausen.
He is survived by: his daughter Shawn Millhausen; his brother Ken Everitt; his grandchildren, Dylan Millhausen, Savanna Millhausen and Emily Millhausen; and his great grandchild Baron Millhausen.
