He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Stutts and Elise Stutts; and his granddaughter Hannah Marie Doucet. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte F. Stutts; his children, Danny Ray Stutts (Brandi Stutts) and Sharon Fay Golightly (Greg Golightly); his brother Larry Stutts (Linda Stutts); his grandchildren, Taylor Stutts, Caitlyn Stutts, Makaila Stutts and James "Mike" Jones; his nephew Larry Wayne Stutts; and his nieces, Sherry Armstrong and Christine Pleasant.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Pace-Stancil Memorial (12901 FM 2025, Cleveland, TX 77328).
