He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Harbour and Lois Brummett; his wife Patricia Ann Harbour; his children, Kathy Lee of Cleveland, Texas, Jimmy Harbour of Cleveland, Texas and Johnny Harbour of Cleveland, Texas; his grandchildren, Zack DeBardelaben, Megan McGough and John Harbour; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Elmer, Jayce, Kristlynn, Miyah, Emily, Caleb and Jordan.
