She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Simmons Simmons and Georgia Simmons; her husband Donald McClain; and her brother Donald Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Darlene White (James), Alton Lynn "Bubba" Faulkner (Barbara) and Michael McClain (Sherry); her grandchildren, Stephanie Faulkner, Adam Terrell, Jason Faulkner, Travis Faulkner, Michael "Mikey" McClain, Crystal Autrey and Kayla Prewett; her great grandchildren, Steven Faulkner, Chloe Nemitz, Travis Terrell, Natalie Terrell, Promise Terrell, Treasure Terrell, Addison McClain, Joseph, Cherish Autrey (William), Bryla, Quinlee, Kelody and Wiley; her grandson Earl Sullivan (Yolanda); and her great grandchildren, Julian and Savien Sullivan.
