He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Young and May Burris Young; his former wife Lottie Jo Young; his sons, Elmer Ray Young and Harvey Wayne Young; and his siblings, Hubert, Molly, Ruby, Barbara and Valdine.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Young; his children, Johnny Young, Reba Young Henson, Rickey Young and Dalbert Young (Sandy); and his brother Glen Young (Rita). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
