He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hayden; his wife Jacqueline Amyx; his sons, Dwayne Allen Hayden II (Carrie) and Paul Anthony Hayden (Kaylyne); his grandchildren, Emery Lynn Hayden, Ainsley Ann Hayden, Rhyder James Hope and Tonilyne Marie Louise Hayden; his sister Diedre "Sissy" Hayden; and his father-in-law Jack Amyx. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many other family members and countless friends.
