She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Mae Smith Perkins and Webster Perkins Sr.; her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Keene (Oliver), Buddy Perkins and Pauline Farvor; and her grandchild Emiley Grace Whittle.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Letney (Josh) of Cleveland, Michael Whittle (Lisa) of Silsbee, Elaina Letney (Chris) of Jasper and Richard Whittle (Tracey) of Splendora; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Sabrina, Christopher, Asiah, Dylan, Patrick, Summer, CJ, Allie, Faith, Kousik, Alexandra, Clifford, Lilly of Kaylie, JJ, Blake, Tyler, Michael of Hunner, RJ, Jace, Brice, MacKenzie and Kayden; her siblings, Larry Perkins (Vivian) of Houston, Louise Miller (Kenny) of Jasper, Steve Perkins (Cheryl) of Evansville, Indiana, Melinda Crawford (Mike) of Silsbee and Robert Perkins of Silsbee; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Perkins and John Farvor of Silsbee. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
