He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Thomas Long and Ruth Imogene Long (Hall). He is survived by: his children, David Wayne Long, Jr. (Carol), Jason Wayne Long (Kira) and Jennifer Fay Hargrave (Bobby); his brothers, Eddie Gene Long (Maxine Tongel), Donald Dwayne Long (Susan), Larry Glen Long (Irene) and Leslie Thomas Long, Jr. (Kathy); his grandchildren, Chase Wayne Long, Chasity Michelle Long, Krysten Cheyenne Long, Katelynn Elisabeth Long, Austin Cole Hargrave, Mason Wayne Hargrave and Tristan Lee Hargrave; and his great grandchild Lena Isabel Cather.
