He was predeceased by: his grandfather Elijah "Paw" Blevins; his father David "Buddy" Blevins; and his son David Sanford Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Robin Blevins; his children, Victoria Adams (Ethan), Jessica Blevins (Henry) and Jessie "Bubba" Dye; his grandchildren, Kensley "Birdee Rose" Blevins and Kash Henry Blevins; and his brothers, Keith Blevins (Debbie), Roger Blevins and Randy Blevins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help cover the cost of David's service.
