He is survived by: his wife Stacy Herrod; his son Jack Alexander Herrod; his daughters-in-law, Angelina and Barbara Castillo; his grandchildren, Gabriel Alexander Castillo-Herrod and Madilynn Eleanor Castillo-Lakes; his parents, Doug Herrod and Beverly Herrod; his siblings, Delilah Redmond, Sherry McClain (James), Susan Tidwell (Andrew), Sammy Herrod (Connie), Gene Herrod (Brandi) and Michael Herrod (Kim); his father-in-law Johnny Robinson; his aunt Alice Morgan; his cousin Paige Morgan; his uncle Kenneth Taylor (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Stephanie Bagwell and Shelley Ballard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (200 S Washington Ave, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Farley Chapel Cemetery (5511 FM 2666, Shepherd, TX 77371).
