He is survived by: his wife Karen Welch; his children, Albert Nelson (Sheila), Richard Lewis (Charlotte), Ima Jean Manous (Virgil) and Linda Snyder; and his siblings, Jimmie Welch (June), Clifford Welch (Debra), John Welch (Sue), Valerie Nell Croft (Bobby), Christene Ludwig and Emileen Atkinson (Richard). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Morgan Cemetery (1 Morgan Cemetery Rd, Cleveland, TX 77328).
