She is survived by: her husband C. T. "Bones" Forth; her children, Amanda Castleschouldt (Michael Perkins), Andrew Ward (Rebecca), Jessica Forth (Phillip Johnson), Crystal Saucier (Thomas) and Percy Ward; her brother Arthur "Archie"; and her grandchildren, Ethan Castleschouldt, Ashley Peters, Jessica Peters, Michael Miller-Field, Donovin Hylton, Cameron Papst, Emily Young, Austin Carothers, Christian Holt, Lorena Ward, Christine Ward and Cory Rasberry.
