She is survived by: her mother Julie Elaine Macdonald Kilgore; her husband Kenneth Allen Kelly Sr.; her children, Jennifer Novella Scott, Randy Lee Williams, Lillian Jolee Kilgore, Cherish Ann Slater, Allison Elaine Kelly, James Austin Kelly and Kenneth Allen Kelly Jr.; her granddaughter Ellysnya Solstice Williams; and her sister Valorie Elaine Armstrong.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cleveland - Pace-Stancil Funeral Home (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327).
