He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brenda K. Bass and Jewel Edward Poole; his sons, Corey Jr. and Xavier; and his grandchildren, Jaccorion, Zakieria, Izayah, Elijah, Malachi and Jaxson.

Corey was a giver and he even donated his organs, a 12 year old girl was awarded his kidney.
