He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dianne Cook, Crystal Sims (James) and Doug Martin (Shiela); his grandchildren, Zachary Sims, Amee Martin, Karl Herrod, Douglas Champagne, Elizabeth Hopkins (Chris), Heather Bickford and Amber Bickford; and his great grandchildren, Grace Pope, Zayne Zoshack, Nova Myrold, Alden Hopkins and Abigail Hopkins.
