He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershal Howell Bagwell and Virgie Mae Bagwell (Johnson); and his siblings, Hershall H. Bagwell, Jr., Gloria G. Hall, Martha G. Duff, Alice P. Goodson and Delilah Norris.
He is survived by: his children, Clayton Alan Bagwell and Rebecca "Becky" Bagwell; his sisters, Mary Duff (Billy J.), Brenda Turner (Terry) and Philis Dugas; and his grandchildren, Brandon and Emily Bagwell.
