He is survived by: his children, Mary Scroggins Vlaar (Arjen) of Manchester and Charles William Scroggins, Jr. of Cleveland, Texas.; his siblings, Rebecca Busic (Jeb) of Pasadena, Texas and Robert Scroggins (Cathy) of Houston, Texas; his sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth Scroggins of Cleveland; and his grandchildren, Arianna Vlaar, Dyllon Scroggins and Liam Scroggins.
