He is survived by: his mother Joyce Marie Jernigan Fowler; his children, Jared Wayne Fowler, Nathan Dwayne Fowler (Amiee), Amanda Marie Howard (Thomas) and Charles Randal Fowler; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Fowler, Eathan Fowler, Harley Howard, Elizabeth Fowler and Logan Fowler; and his siblings, James Fowler, Mickey Peterson, Jeffrey Peterson, Johnny Peterson, Chris Fowler and Lisa Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
