She is survived by: her children, Melissa Newsom, Royce Hoagland, Janice Hoffman, Brett Bishop and Bobby William Thompson, Jr.; her brother Carlton Musgrove (Gladys); and her grandchildren, Patrick Newsom, Jr. (Dawn), Anthony Newsom, Joshua Newsom, Nicole Thompson (Phillip Thornton), John Hoffman, Mary Jo Onukiavage (Pete) and Bobby William Thompson, III.
