He is survived by: his daughters, Darla Lewis Capps of Lufkin, TX and Gena Lewis Holt of Livingston, TX; and his siblings, Sherman Richard Lewis Jr. (Billie) of Cleveland, TX, George W. Lewis (Ledarah) of Saratoga, TX., Jerry W. Lewis of Batson, TX and Pamela Sanders of Saratoga, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and host of loving friends.
