He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Ewell Maurice Lout and Dorothy LaVerne Sanders Lout; his wife Cheri Lout; his son James Ronald Lout; his brothers, Edward Lee Lout and Alton Glen Lout; and his sister-in-law Wilma Jean Lout.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Lout Conway (Luther) and Pamela Lout Parker (Robert); his sister-in-law Judy Lout; the mother of his children Virginia Lout Helms; his great grandchildren, Jordyn Lewis and Logan Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Bartley (Eric), Emily Nations (Chad), Jessica Sanderson (Kris), Randy Lout (Yvonne), Michael Lout (Regina) and Justin Conway (Larissa); and his close friend Gene Jones. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, numerous cousins, and a host of family and friends.
