It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Clinton Carnline Jr. of Cleveland, Texas, born in Conroe, Texas, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bill Carnline, Sr.; and his wife Carolyn Carnline. He is survived by: his mother Joan Bullard; his siblings, Roxanne Grein and Reagan Bullard; and his children, Melissa Katzenberger, Clinton "Bubba" Carnline, Keli Lewis, Christopher Carnline and Shelby Engle. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
