She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruddick Hobbs and Marie Birdie Fullin Hobbs; her husband Jessie Allen Dulaney Sr.; and her son Jessie Allen Dulaney Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Arvie L. Dulaney; her siblings-in-law, Oliver Dulaney (Carol) and Charlotte Baker; her nephews, Alton DuLaney and Russell Baker; and her niece Laurie Dulaney. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Plum Grove Cemetery (155 County Rd 345, Cleveland, TX 77327).
