She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter Swetman and Opal Olsen Swetman; her husband Alfred Polk Meadows; her sister Patricia Ann Banks; and her grandparent Johannes Olsen.
She is survived by: her close friend Cyrus M. Turner; her children, Debra Jean Meadows, Sharolyn Ann Helton and James Alfred Meadows; her brother James Edgar Swetman; her grandchildren, Kevin Joseph Torcoletti, Curtis Torcoletti, Scott Meadows, Stacey Lynn Meadows, Stephen Helton and Heather Ann Carlisle; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Carlisle and Olivia Torcoletti.
