He was predeceased by: his parents, George Owen Wheaton and Lucinda Jane Whisenhunt Wheaton; and his siblings, George Harley Wheaton, Emma Jean Lapp, Audrey Lee Honaker, Lilly Mae Patrick and Betty Faye Fitch.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene Wheaton; his children, Victor Owen Wheaton (Denise), Melton Lawrence Wheaton (Sherry), Pamala Jolene Sells (Ed) and Anita Jettie Graves (Michael); his grandchildren, Daniel Wheaton (Lilly), Rachalle Liedy (Bill), Jeremiah Wheaton (Mary), Joshua Wheaton, Timothy Wheaton, Tamara Draper (Shane), Lisa Silverman (Reed), Eddie Sells (Kaitlyn), Rebekah Sells, Kimberly Wolf, Cody Wolf, Natalie Graves and Victoria Wolf; and his brothers, Jeff Wheaton and Billy Wheaton. He is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
