He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy F. Bingham and Stella Bingham (Fulfur); and his sister Ida Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Fay Bingham; and his sons, Marty Wayne Bingham and Thelton Dale Bingham. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
